About Me

  Hi there readers! My name is Beth, I just thought that while viewing my blog you'd like to know a bit more about who you're reading from. Well, I am currently a Junior in college with an Associate Degree in Exercise Science and working toward my Bachelor's Degree in the same area of study. I am in the process of completing my certification program for Personal Training so I can better the lives of others. 
   I decided to start this blog so I can better reach out to others and help them fulfill their goals and to better organize all my posts, recipes, workouts and motivations so people and myself could better access them and be able to ask me questions either public or private that I can share with others who might have the same questions, suggestions and concerns!
